During November, December and January:
The first program is available already on November 21st for those who want to be the first ones to meet Santa in the new winter season!
This exclusive program will make all the guests happy and deliver the best of Christmas experience in Lapland - guaranteed!
Santa Claus has a secret hideaway cabin where together with his lead reindeer Rudolf he takes a break from busy days. Here in a relaxed country-side family atmosphere in his cozy old Christmas cabin, Santa spends long evenings meeting his good friends from around the world. There are never queues to his place, because the program is arranged exclusively just for our group.
Luckily the place is located in 15 min reach from Levi center. Santa’s secret cabin is a historical building dated more than 100 years back with a unique ambiance. Inside the house you will find an old post station of Santa Claus with a bunch of children’s letters, old Santa’s rocking chair, beautiful Christmas decorations, including the Christmas tree and lots of historical artefacts of Finnish and Lappish lifestyle. Outside the cabin Santa parks his magic sleigh with Rudolf reindeer. You can take as many photos with Santa as you wish for the unforgettable memories.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Santa with his reindeer Rudolf and his helper Elf, who will invite everyone inside the cabin. Over one hour of live interaction with Santa (with his elf helper and Missis Claus): every family has the opportunity to spend enough time with Santa Claus, share their secret wishes face-to-face, listen to Santa’s Christmas story, sing together Christmas songs and learn about traditional Finnish Christmas. You will be seated around crackling fire stove and listen to Santa telling a Christmas story. Every child gets a chance to privately talk to Santa, sit on his knee, touch his beard, whisper own secret wishes for Christmas and of course, finally gets a present. Sitting on Santa’s knee is a special privilege, so don’t be surprised that even adults like to do it. Afterwards all the guests together with Santa will sing a Christmas song together.
Then it’s time for Gingerbread workshop for kids and family with Mrs. Claus (Fin. “Muori”). Your kids will learn how to make real Christmas Gingerbreads from the dough, bake and decorate them. Elf will wrap your gingerbreads, so you can take them home with you or eat them on the spot, sipping on traditional Finnish Christmas mulled wine drink, called “glöggi” (non-alcoholic).
During February:
Outside the main season, in the second half of February, this program is arranged without Mrs. Claus’s gingerbread workshop in a smaller room. Otherwise all “ingredients” remain the same.
