What is Xplorpal’s cancellation policy?
We do not have the same policy for all experiences. Each experience is different and you can see the cancellation policy on the description page for that experience.
How can I get a refund if my experience gets cancelled?
We will make sure that you get your refund. Just write to us at admin@xplorpal.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I contact my pal before my experience starts?
Yes, you can contact your pal via email or their phone number which will be provided to you after you book the experience.
Can I change my experience after I book it?
Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking an experience. If you realize you booked the wrong date or the wrong experience, just email us at admin@xplorpal.com and we will help you make the change.
How can I get more information about an experience?
All information is usually available on the experience page, however if you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at admin@xplorpal.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Which charities do you support?
We support charities in countries around the world. As we promise, 10% of our profits will go to charity. Some of the charities we support are Books for Africa, East meets West foundation, Solaris Peru, Water.org, Camfed, MedShare and St.Judes Children’s Hospital. The charities address many different issues around the world and help children, women and the environment in regions that need the most help and support.
