The tour begins at the local tourist pier in Ushuaia, from where we will set sail towards the wide Bay of Ushuaia. During the crossing, you will have the opportunity to spot a variety of seabirds on Bird Island. In addition, we will visit the Isla de los Lobos
One of the highlights of the tour is the visit to the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse.
Continuing our journey, we will sail towards the East. During this part of the tour, you will have the opportunity to see Puerto Almanza on the Argentine coast and Puerto Williams on the Chilean coast, two notable points of interest in the region.
The highlight of the tour is the arrival at Isla Martillo, where you will have the unique opportunity to observe Magellanic penguins up close in their natural habitat. With approximately 1000 nests, this colony is one of the three main penguin colonies. In addition, you can admire a smaller colony of Gentoo penguins, a unique species in South America.

We begin the navigation leaving from the Tourist Pier of our city, towards the center of the Beagle Channel, enjoying, as we move away, the panoramic view of the Ushuaia coast, seeing the most important buildings, Maritime Museum (former prison), Museum of the End of the World, the industrial area, and the Olivia and Cinco Hermanos mountains. We sail to the southwest, approaching the island of Los Lobos, where, from the boat, we can enjoy the view of specimens of sea lions, observing their permanent habitat, in a wonderful setting. Continuing navigation, we will go to the island of Los Pájaros, habitat of Magellanic Cormorants and Imperial Cormorants, and a privileged sector to spot specimens of the seabird.
We continue sailing towards the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, in the archipelago of the same name. On these islets it is possible to observe parts of Monte Cervantes, a ship that was shipwrecked in 1930.
Following the south coast of the Big Island of Tierra del Fuego we will see the Estancia Swirl where the ship Monte Sarmiento is stranded. Crossing the Beagle Channel in the North-South direction we will see the Gable Island and the Puerto Williams Naval Base (located in Navarino Island, Republic of Chile). Upon arriving at Isla Martillo we approach the beach and there we remain. It is amazing to observe how the colony of Magellanic Penguins that nest during the summer season approach the boat with remarkable curiosity, they enter the sea swimming below the catamaran and emerging again. A party that invites us to take countless photographs.
From here we return by sailing to the Tourist Dock, sighting on the road, the Tunnel and Fique Stays.

On the banks of the Beagle Channel and surrounded by the Martial mountain range, it offers a unique landscape in Argentina, with the combination of mountains, sea, glaciers and forests. Owner of a unique landscape, Ushuaia offers endless possibilities and activities, in summer, trekking, horseback riding, sport fishing and mountain biking, allowing the visitor to enjoy nature and explore unexplored places through such incredible scenarios as the Tierra del Fuego National Park. In winter, the magnificent geography and cold temperatures invite skiing, both alpine (downhill) and cross-country (on flat terrain).
Navigating the Beagle Channel is another must-see experience since this was the scene of the feats of those first colonizers and is home to the characteristic marine fauna of the region.
To enjoy your stay in Ushuaia, we suggest you always have at least one waterproof coat, and comfortable shoes to travel comfortably and safely, through the sloping streets, characteristics of this city.
As for tourist services, the city has accommodations and restaurants of all categories as well as banks and exchange houses.

Once in the Les Eclaireurs archipelago we can see the famous homonymous lighthouse that also has colonies of imperial cormorants and rockers on its islets. We will leave the Lighthouse to continue sailing towards our destination, on the way you can observe the predominant vegetation of the area, as well as the town of Puerto Williams (Chile) on Navarino Island.
