Our journey begins in Athens with cultural immersion, exploring the Parthenon, Acropolis and the city's historical sites as well as a Greek dance class and open-air cinema. The tour then ventures to Chania in Crete, where participants experience the old town, seafood tavernas, and a guided tour. A day of exploration in the Apokoronas Region follows, highlighting villages, churches, and natural landscapes.
The itinerary proceeds to Vamos for a hands-on cooking lesson in a 200-year-old olive press, blending local ingredients in a village feast. The journey continues to Axos, an eco-tourist resort, allowing guests to engage in farming activities and cooking experiences.
A visit to the Holy Monastery of Preveli offers historical insights, followed by an exploration of Sitia, including visits to olive farms, vineyards, and traditional villages. The tour then heads to Knossos, Iraklion, and concludes with optional departures to Athens, other European cities, or additional Greek islands.
