COVID 19 Protocol in sedan-type vehicles 

ABOUT THE VEHICLE:

1.-Occupation:

1.1.-Three rear seats will be available for excursions and transfers of guests.

1.2.-The co-pilot's place will remain cancelled until the Spanish government notifies it.

1.3 .-All vehicles have a plastic screen that separates the driver from the passengers

2.-Cleaning:

2.1.- The vehicle will be cleaned inside and outside daily. 

2.2.- After each trip the driver will clean with hydroalcoholic gel all the areas of the vehicle susceptible to contact by passengers. Doors, handles, safety belts.

3 .- On the completion of the journey 

3.1 The air conditioning will never be on to capture the indoor air.

3.2 The driver shall open the front windows if this is not inconvenient for the passengers, on journeys within the city or at low speed.

ABOUT THE DRIVER:

1.-Protection inside the vehicle.

1.1.-The driver will use a fpp2 mask inside the vehicle that ensures both the protection of the driver and the occupants of the vehicle.

1.2.-While the protocol is maintained, the driver will decline the courtesy of the luggage, so passengers must place their luggage in the trunk, without the help of the driver.  

1.3.-In case of force majeure, the driver will have single use gloves to carry the luggage.

1.4.- On all routes the driver will have hydroalcoholic gel and all the products and tools necessary for the safe cleaning of the vehicle.

2.- Protection outside the vehicle.

2.1 The driver will keep a safety distance of two meters or will use his driving mask.

2.2:_ Physical contact between driver and passengers is strictly forbidden. Including kisses, handshakes, and hugs. 

ABOUT THE PASSENGERS

1.-Safety outside the vehicle 

1.1 It is highly recommended to wait for the driver to open and close the vehicle door 

1.2 The driver will open and close the trunk for you. It is preferable that you do not touch any surface of the vehicle, either inside or outside, except what is necessary for the comfort of the journey.

1.3 passengers are obliged to wear and use at least hygienic or surgical masks.

1.4 We recommend that passengers clean their hands with the hydroalcoholic gel they will have in the vehicle.

1.5 we recommend payment by card and contactless. The terminal is cleaned after each payment.
