Description
It is a distinguished sustainable program for children between the ages of 8-12 years in the open air.
It seeks to improve the mental and physical health of children, through movement activities aimed at reconnecting them with the nature around them, enhancing their abilities for self-reliance, and instilling good values such as cooperation and participation.

Itinerary
Day 1: Wednesday
Pick up Pangaea friends from Abha airport and head to Pangaea Adventure Center Meet the Pangaea team and other participants and get to know the program Lunch meal Workshop: Getting to know the basics of camping (lighting a fire, setting up tents, choosing a camping site), to enhance their abilities to be self-reliant Children's participation in preparing dinner, to develop motor abilities and daily life skills A dialogue session, to develop their higher-order thinking skills Sleeping time.
Day 2: Thursday
Waking up, the children take part in preparing breakfast from the crops of Pangaea's farm Workshop: (Do not leave a trace) that includes a mountain walking activity to apply all that was learned during the workshop Waste collection on the way back to the center, to show respect for the land Lunch and break Session: outdoor painting, to express their inner feelings and improve mental health Dinner Sleeping time.
Day 3: Friday
Wake up and breakfast followed by morning exercises Head to the abseiling site Hiking and abseiling experience under the supervision of a certified trainer, to improve physical health and practice physical sports Lunch and break Return to Pangaea farm Free Time Children participate in preparing dinner, to teach them some values such as cooperation, participation, and assistance Sleeping time.
Day 4: Saturday
Wake up and breakfast Pangaea in nature: the experience of farming, to enhance their connection with the environment and nature around them in a positive way Head to the airport and farewell
