Accompanied by local guides, we will head to the area of Quebrada de Humahuaca, where we will first visit Purmamarca to observe the Cerro de los Siete Colores, the Church and the Artisan Market at the square. We will pass by Horn Post, continuing towards the town of Tilcara to visit Pucará and the Archaeological Museum. Then, you will discover the museum and learn about the past of the region. Next stop is in Huacalera, where we will pass the Tropic of Capricorn, from where you will be able to see the colours of the Pollera de la Colla Hill. Also, you will visit to the Church of Uquía, where we find the paintings of the Angels Arcabuceros (important remains of Cuzco style art).
We will continue our journey, passing through the town of Iturbe and Abra del Cóndor (3900 masl) arriving at the beginning of a small gorge where this small town, Iruya, of pre-Hispanic origins, is located. We will spend the night here (accommodation is not included).
