Discover the authentic Mallorca by exploring its history, traditions, culture and typical cuisine. This tour, a reflection of the local lifestyle and gastronomy, will take us to the most authentic corners and flavours of Mallorca.

We get ready to admire beautiful coastal landscapes and cosy and historic villages in the heart of Mallorca, famous for its excellent wine production and its most traditional dishes.

Leaving the hotels, we take the "cornices" road from Estellencs to Banyalbufar. We will stop to take photos and visit a watchtower. We will continue on our way to Valdemossa.

There we will stop and leave some free time for the clients to stroll around the village. We will have lunch in a typical restaurant in the centre of the island.

The menu will consist of Mallorcan tapas:

Bread with tomato, alioli, sangria,

Mallorcan coca, Mallorcan sausages.

Mushrooms stuffed with sobrasada and honey sauce.

Roasted peppers with grilled aubergines and toasted bread.

Cod with sobrasada sauce

Grilled pork 

Fruit flan

Water, wine.

In the afternoon we will go to Petra, we will visit the Monastery of Bonany, where we will be able to enjoy the panoramic views it offers. Finally, we will visit a Majorcan pearl factory in Montuiri.
