Early in the morning along the Mendoza river, you will get a view of the majestic mountain range Cordon del Plata and the Potrerillos dam, colossal work for hydraulic power generation and water distribution for irrigation. Your next visit will be Uspallata, pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpes and the southern last point of the Inca Empire, as far as the Inca Trail from Peru.
After visiting the villages of Picheuta, polvareda, Punta de Vacas and Los Penitentes ski resort. You will have free time for the use of chair lift that allows us to enjoy beautiful panoramic views.
Later, we will find along our route, the Puente del Inca, architectural work with strands of natural hot springs. Following the international route to reach our ultimate destination, the village Las Cuevas, European-style located 3200 meters above sea level. Between Las Cuevas Village and the International Tunnel we will find the route that allows us to climb to the Cristo Redentor, which is only open in summer.
