The Al-Ahsa Oasis traverses between the desert wastes of the Empty Quarter as a magical paradise of shady palm groves and clear springs. 

It has its roots deep in the region for thousands of years as a fertile land and a crossing for trade and pilgrimage caravans and creates a cultural link that unites the diaspora of races and cultures of the Arabian Peninsula.

Al-Ahsa Oasis is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Kingdom and one of its most important sites registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List due to its rich archaeological landmarks and heritage treasures that trace the history of human settlement in the region since the Neolithic era.
