We offer a unique experience, where one can enjoy an unspoiled environment and understand the particular relationship between the truffle hunter and his dog.

Truffle education: introduction to the world of Italian truffles, in particular to the species that grow in Tuscany. The Biological cycle of truffle. Where and how the truffles are found. How to preserve truffle, how it is used and which are the recipes that enhance it the most.

Truffle hunting: a hike in wild accompanied by a skilled truffle guide and his trained dog. The truffle hunter will show you how to search for truffles, their techniques and secrets, with the chance to try to conduct the truffle dog.

Truffle tasting: there is a possibility of ending the tour with a truffle-based lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants in our locality or food tasting at our farm.
