This day we enjoy a fairly easy walk onwards. Our trek follows to sans a skipping some splendid views of the great giant snow peaks of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kwangde. We come down to Imajtse river at Phungi-Thanga, a small agreement with the pair of the tea house. The trails then lead uphill through the forested way of silver fir, blue pines, rhododendron, magnolia and birch trees reaching Tyangboche after a total of 4-5 hrs of ambling. This is one of the most beautiful places in the Himalayas. The first thing that will catch the glimpse of your eye is the huge monastery or Gumba, that is guarded by large fields of with campsites, teahouses and lodges snuggling below the towering of majestic summits with the likes of Ama Dablam, Everest, Mt. Lhotse and Lhotse Shar.

Eastern Region Today we begin our trek with a nice dip through a forest of birch fir, junipers, and rhododendron, coming towards the beautiful spot of Deboche (Height 3,650 m). with yet another splendid view of the mountains, passing the long mani wall ( prayer wall), the roar is gradual up to Pangboche Borough, from here onwards the rich vegetarian disappears, as we pass the tree copse and enter Imjatse Valley, reaching Dingboche after walking for 5 hours. Here you will be treated with a great view of the power ful peaks of Amadablam, Nuptse and Lhotse with a spectacular short of the eastern snow capped mountains including the island peak or Imjatse (6,189 m), which is famous trekking peak in Nepal. Dingboche is a nice patchwork of fields fenced by stonewalls, shielding the crops like barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold winds
and grazing animals. Dingboche has around tea houses and is also the gateway to Chukung and farther beyond, for the most daring bars towards Makalu area and
Hinko valley via Sherpani Col ( height: 6,100 m ) and Amphu Laptsa pass (height: 5,780 M).

Day 7: Acclimatization day at Dingboche, 3-4 hrs walk

Today we will take a rest just to get used to at Dingboche valley. You may have an entire day rest or there are some places where you can go for a daily stroll to Chukung 4,730 m which is advantageous and takes approximately 3- 4 hours from Dingboche towards east within the Imjatse Valley, although the trek is gradual, nevertheless you feel the thin air as the altitude rises slowly coming towards Chukung. At Chukung there are few teahouses skipping splendid view of the snow-capped summits and Glaciers of Lotse, Amadablam and Imja Glacier, Chukung dale is the best agreement in eastern Khumbu region. After enjoyment, we stroll back to Dingboche for anevening stay.
