FES CITY GUIDED EXCURSION

FES - IFRANE - MIDELT - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA

After breakfast, leave for southern Morocco, winding through the Middle Atlas mountains. Pause at Ifrane, then continue to Azrou see the distinctive cedar forests and monkeys. Eat lunch in Midelt before continuing to Merzouga, where you'll have time for a sunset camel ride on your way to a desert camp that's equipped with toilets and showers. MERZOUGA TO DADES VALLEY

Get up early, to watch the sunrise which just behind the Algerian border, which is about 50 km from Merzouga. We take camel back to the hotel. You’ll travel the rugged Road of a 1000s kasbahs ,which has long been a popular location for Hollywood films such as The Last Temptation of Christ, Jewel of the Nile and many others. After lunch we walk in Todgha Gorge we explore the Dades Valley. Overnight in local riad with dinner.

DADES - OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH

After breakfast, take a short trek to the dry lake of Iriki, then continue to Foumzguit and Ouarzazate. Pause for lunch and a city tour, including the cinema studios and the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO heritage site. Then we drive to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains, where this tour concludes upon evening arrival.
