Traditional markets are an exceptional way to get to know the island and the traditions of each village and the Mallorcan character. They are the perfect place to buy food products or handicrafts typical of the island. Depending on the day of the week you choose for the getaway, there will be a stop at the Sineu market (Wednesday) or a stop at the Alcúdia market (Sundays).
We will take a boat to do a little tour of the wonderful bay of Pollensa and Alcudia, where we can enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the north of Mallorca from the sea .
The exuberant beauty of Cape Formentor is shaped by the winds and erosion of the sea that shape the varied and rugged coastline of this cape day by day. At some points, the cliffs reach 300 meters in height and the views from these points of the road make this area one of the most extraordinary places in Mallorca.
Formentor beach is the ideal setting to rest, take a refreshing swim in its crystal clear waters.

Our Tour begins in Camí de la Escollera in front of the Cathedral of Palma at around 09:30 hrs. Palma was founded as a Roman camp upon the remains of a Talaiotic settlement. The city was subjected to several Vandal raids during the fall of the Western Roman Empire, then reconquered by the Bizantine Empire, then colonised by the Moors (who called it Medina Mayurqa) and, in the 13th century, by James I of Aragon.

One of the most famous markets on the entire island of Mallorca is undoubtedly the traditional Sineu Market, which has been held every Wednesday in this beautiful town for hundreds of years.
The Sineu market is an appointment with history, a way of meeting neighbors with their local and artisan products where we can find everything from fruits, vegetables, tools, agricultural machinery, clothing, footwear ... to nothing more and nothing less than animals. It is the only market in Mallorca that can trade with live animals.

Discover the fisherman's wharf and the promenade in front of the sea. The Port of Pollença is the second nucleus of the municipality of Pollença.
The main square of the Port is surrounded by pine trees and is dedicated to the musician and composer Miquel Capllonch y Rotger. An element worth seeing is the compass rose that centers the pavement of the square.
Around the square we find the parochial church, a neo-Gothic temple, dedicated to the Virgen del Carmen. If from the square we take Calle del Ecónomo Torres we will arrive at Plaça del Enginyer Roca. A little further on are the port facilities, located in what is known as the fishermen's wharf or the old wharf. Next to the traditional fishing boats, "llaüts", is the Lonja de Pescadores.
